Items - Field Customization

How to create a field customization :

1. Go to settings - Preferences - Items - Field Customization - + New Custom Field

2. Select Data Type

3. Select "show in all PDF" if you want the field to appear in pdf documents.

• Customer Statement

  Go to Zoho Books - sales - customers (search the customer) - statement You can customize the report, export it in pdf or excels format, print it or send it by email to the client.

• Credit Notes and Unused Credits by customers

  Credit notes by customer Go to Books - Sales - Credit Notes - search the customer in question. Available credit Go to Sales - Customers - search the customer in question.

• Instant Sync

  Auto-update occurs every 2 hours. You can do an Instant Sync: Go to Zoho Books - Settings - Integrations - Zoho Apps - Show Details - Choose the Module to be Synced - Instant Sync.

• Create Credit Note

  Go to Books - Sales - Credit Notes - New Select account ! You can send it by e-mail to the customer Available credit: Go to Sales - Customers - search the customer in question. Apply to invoice from the credit note Use the credit in an invoice : ...
